Aseania Resort Langkawi is a classy 217-room resort located on 7.519 acres of land along the beach of Pantai Tengah in Mukim Kedawang, Langkawi. Boasting its own mini water park and a 154.4 meter long swimming pool recognised as the longest pool in Malaysia by The Malaysian Book of Records, Aseania Resort Langkawi’s water park also contains other wonderful attractions such as a wave pool, slides and lazy river.

Offering guests a wealth of choices for a classy and comfortable stay, Aseania Resort Langkawi’s Superior Rooms come with either a pool view or a garden view. It comes in two types of bed configurations. One type comes with 1Queen Size bed and the other with 2 single beds. In both combinations, the Superior Room can accommodate an extra bed. With the extra bed, the Superior Rooms can comfortably accommodate 3 adults.

Terms & Conditions :

Rates for Peak Period are deemed to include Malaysia School Holidays, eve of and on Malaysian
Public Holidays as shown below.
Resort to do accept booking during LIMA 2012 (Dates are to be determined)
Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM 60.00 nett per bed per night inclusive of one breakfast.
No charge for children under the age of 12 years occupying the same room with parent (without extra
bed – breakfast is chargeable at child rates). Child below 4 years old is free of charge.
Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
Check In Time : 3.00 pm
Airport and Jetty transfers can be arranged with ample prior notice and is chargeable accordingly (individually or Group)
Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
All rates are subject to change without prior notice
Payment shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit
Foreign currency will be converted at the point of payment according to the prevailing exchange rate.

Extended check-out during Peak Period :
- Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed
- After 6pm - one day’s rate imposed

Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Low Season
One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 7 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

Peak Season
One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 10 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
